I recently needed a service on an older Roller door and tried several locally listed businesses. EasyLift Garage Doors easily presented to be the easiest to contact, get a return call to discuss my needs in a professional yet an easy and casual manner. It's the much easier to chat with someone in person because they KNOW what you need to know. Frankly, when filling in a website based booking form, it can be hard to explain your problem or be confident in making an appointment, when you don't know what the companies bookings schedule is like.
EasyLift Cairns are true locals with a long Cairns based history, knowledge of the region's housing areas which lets them know the approximate age of most installed roller doors. Add to that , they have an excellent business acumen, a quality service with an efficient and knowledgeable service team.
The service team showed sure and efficient technique, while working together for the servicing of my garage roller door. Plus, they were easy to chat to regarding the work on my roller door. They had the patience with me looking on and asking questions.
They explained what the graunching, squeals and ping noises meant with older doors. This resulted in my knowing far more about my garage door, garage doors in general and when to yell for help.
Bottom line? I won't bother to get a quote next time I need a service.... and when I move to another home, EasyLift will be the first ones I contact for providing and installing a new door.

Shaun, from Easylift could run classes on how to deliver good, old fashioned, customer service. I'm chasing a weather shield for my keypad for my automatic gates. Sean said he'd ask the technician when he came back to the workshop and get back to me. Just had a phone call to say the technician didn't come back to the workshop this afternoon, but he hadn't forgotten about me and will chase it up tomorrow! WOW!!! That never happens nowadays and is such a refreshing change. I used this business to install a horizontal screen when I lived in Stratford and was very impressed then, going back 20 years ago. It's good to see that some things stay the same. Sean's boss is lucky to have him on board, and I will definitely be telling all my Cairns friends about his amazing customer service. Thank you.

Within one week of obtaining a quote, the following week the motor was being installed. Very good communication between Kevin who conducted the quote and Steve who installed the motor. Great service and a better price than competitors by far. Was told 5 odd week delivery ended up being 3 weeks. Guys who installed were prompt and courteous and cleaned up when they left.
