Electric Chain Hoists
Hitachi's reputation for excellence in design, quality, reliability and performance has made the brand a world market leader in electric chain hoists.
Operation:
Fully contactorised using high rated contactors.
'Double insulated' pendant with mechanical interlock at buttons.
'Low voltage' (24 volt) at push button controls.
Safety limits
Full current and shunt limit switches operate in both directions of hook travel.
Braking:
Electro-magnetic disc brakes with special self-adjusting brake, and additional centrifugal brake on 'F' models.
Enclosure:
Totally enclosed design. Entire mechanism including the motor, dual brake system, gears, rotating parts, and
electrical system can be operated under the most severe conditions.
Chain bucket
'Noiseless' design with flexible mounting supplied as standard.
Motor
Three phase squirrel cage induction motor, Class 'E' insulation.
The maximum allowable temperature is 120 C (15 minute rating)

Economy Round Slings - Slingtech
Slingtech synthetic round slings are manufactured in Australia to Australian Standards AS.4497-1, under a Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 and NATA Certified Laboratories. Each sling is individually Proof Tested and supplied with a Test Certificate. Sizes range from 0.5 tonne to 80 tonne and 0.5 mtr to 30 mtrs in length.
Flat Webbing Slings - Double Ply - Slingtech
Slingtech synthetic double ply flat web slings are manufactured in Australia to Australian Standard AS.1353, under a Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 and NATA Certified Laboratories. Each sling is individually Proof Tested and supplied with a Test Certificate. Sizes range from 1.0 Tonne to 20 Tonne and up to 20 metres in length. |
